The proprietors of The Alley Light believe drinks taste better when they are made from scratch, so they make many ingredients in house. The staff make their own bitters, syrups, sodas, and proprietary concoctions, and as a result, serve up luscious Manhattans, the famous Mary Lou Mule, and more. Also known for the Jamaican Handshake made with Jamaican rum, the bar at The Alley Light is not to be missed.
