The salad is made up of Arcadian mixed greens, shaved carrots, red onion, mixed baby tomatoes, Caromont Mt. Alto feta cheese, sultanas (seedless white raisins) and served with a golden balsamic-basil vinaigrette. It is a complete meal and one that shouldn't be missed. The Shebeen also serves delicious Caesar and Cobb salads, too.
