The downtown restaurant C & O has reinvented fine dining by creating an a la carte menu that is served Tuesday through Saturday. Its guests indulge in dishes such as the duck confit and ricotta gnocchi, the Maine lobster ravioli, or the seared halibut. These dishes can be enjoyed outside on C & O's covered patio or inside with seating options in the bistro, mezzanine, and in the upstairs dining rooms.
