Located on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall, Chaps is an old-fashioned ice cream parlor with all of the charm and fun of yesteryear! The shop crafts all of its premium ice cream on site using old family recipes, and the smell of fresh waffle cones is sure to lure you in. Chaps has been serving up good times since 1985!
